Anner J. Echols, Entertainment Talent Manager, Producer, Publisher, CEO/Founder of AJE Dreamland Productions and Dreamland TV shows. Echols, also Media Publicist (PR) and the Publisher and Producer of The Cover Magazine. Echols career spans over 30+ years as a Career Consultant, Talent Scout, Vocal Coach/TV host for talent shows/and on stage productions. Dreamland Productions provide a stage to showcase talented artist/ entertainers who are dreaming and want their dreams made real by showcasing artist/sung/unsung, undiscovered entertainers, dancers and actress/actors and musicians who are talented and are passionate about their careers and want to take their entertainment career to another level. Anner chose to be full time in her dream career, because of her love for entertainment and fashions. Anner also a designer and re-designer of Fashions, designer her own line, Swept Away Fashions. She's a choreographer, director, Stylist, Beauty, Fashion/Entertainment consultant, and Youth Empowerment teacher. Anner was recently appointed as a Brand Ambassador for Dress For Success Memphis supporting the economic empowerment of women. Anner also served as an Adviser for Trezevant Career Vo Tech Fashion Academy for Memphis City Schools.
Anner works diligently to spotlight undiscovered talent, choreograph, direct, produce and train models for fund raiser fashion shows from the late eighties down through the millennium. Anner was trained and prepped for modeling in the eighties where she attended Val JaVaughn school of modeling at this time she discovered the depth of her love for fashions and entertainment with a strong desire to continue in her Productions career as, Executive Producer, and CEO turning dreams into realities with electrifying and entertaining on stage productions and special speaking engagements to empower and upbuild others to never give up on their dreams; be bold, courageous and stand up for what they believe in.
Anner's motto is....When she looks good...she feels good. She likes her clothes to be in tune with the energy she feels each day, she feels no competition; just a sharing in fashions styles and her wardrobe. She knows that the first look is the first impression ...her inspirations are many. Her greatest role models are her mom and oldest sister who displays fashions from head to toe. Also known to many as "The Fashion Icon".
Anner gained recognition and notoriety when she produced and choreographed her first fashion production in 1989, and later produced Memphis at The Apollo, trained models for fund raiser fashion and entertainment shows. Anner knows her knowledge, skills, demeanor and compassion for others is what inspires her to help others dream with high expectations and follow their true calling. Anner is always encouraging others to strive to reach their goals and dreams by helping others, working with community involved funds raising, volunteering her time and resources to help others, she has served many years on the American Diabetes committee, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, March of Dimes, Jr Achievement, Blues Ball, Lupus Foundation and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital helping making a difference in the lives of children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Anner's passion is fashion and entertainment; but have a deep love and passion to make others dreams a reality... especially those who are have had their dreams shattered.
Anner's notoriety and recognition continues to excel as Executive Producer, Founder and host of Dreamland TV show, which airs on Comcast TV every Friday night at 9:00 pm, the show's theme is "Where dreams are made real". Anner appeared, performed and was interviewed on WREG News Channel 3's "Live at 9:00", WHBQ Fox-13's "Early Morning Show", WMC-TV News Channel 5's "Live in Memphis" and Comcast Cable's "On Cable Tonight". An Article in The Commercial Appeal's Fashion Column, written by Barbara Bradley, Fashion Editor recently was introduced to the Mid-South on Anner's talents of designing and re-designing fashions. She produces the Dreamer's Academy Award entertainment, Motown to Memphis, Rock DA City Concerts, Dreamer's Talent Showcases, and Rising Star Productions. She also produced "Stepping Out" in June, 2004 which was covered by representatives of Grace Magazine. She successfully produced, A Musical Tribute to 100 Teachers, Life Changing Home and Small Business Showcase, and The Mid-South's 1st Plus Size Modeling Production, "Dreamland Series I", where dreams were made real for "Full and Fabulous" ladies; a production that displayed fashion and showcased talented artist. Anner and staff appeared in the movie, Lovely by Surprise filmed in Memphis in 2006 and produced by the talented Kirt Guinn.
Anner continues to perform, produce, act, direct and choreograph stage performances. Her most recent shows. The Evolution of Beauty Super Star Production and The Glitz and Glamour Ball, was a big hit with hi-fashions and fabulous featuring the "Sweepers", talented and professional artist to wow the audience, and beautiful models from Dreamland Productions with The ladies in Red, with a special guest, Jazzy Gloria and the trumpet player/actor Wendell Kinney. In March 2007, she produced Dreamland Series II, a whopping success and made dreams come true for a new production of beautiful plus sized ladies. Anner has also announced the debut of Dreamland Cruises where she is extending an offer to anyone who would like to take advantage of "once in a lifetime styled" cruises, Dreamland style. Anner was recently chosen as a national pageant Judge for Cities of America, in Orlando, Florida.
Anner is passionate about her passion for the self empowerment of Teen workshops, teaching them skills for life programs. In Orlando Anner was responsible for interviewing and judging Jr. teens, the pre-teens and teen ages were 10-19, chosen from all over the U.S., 48 cities. This pageant fostered self esteem in young women and teens . AJE Production, is a production company that offers an opportunity for young women, and men to shine, build their self esteem and gain confidence and showcase their talent. Echols, recently produced Intro To Paris Celebrity Fashion Weekend, Sow Some Love and Phantom of The Opera at the beautiful and historical Orpheum Theater. Dreamer's Academy Award, Rock Da City Concert, The Evolution of Beauty and The Dreamers Talent Showcase. AJE Dreamland Productions and staff is presently working on Dreamland productions for upcoming on stage productions. Anner loves her career as a talent scout, interviewing talent and busy with career consultations for talent artist developing them to showcase their talent.
